Cancellation Policy: If one decides to cancel their reservation, they must do so no later than 15 business days before their arrival for a full refund. Cancellations must come via email to reslife@css.edu or via phone to 218-723-6391 to be considered official and confirmed. Cancellations within 5 business days of arrival will not be refunded. Please check your specific reservation for exact cancellation dates and details.
